Well, we don't have one of these yet, so I guess I'll start.
11 October I won't be there, Opa's birthday party. If anything should change I'll keep you guys posted.

Opa is the German word for grandfather. My dad and his family came to America on a boat, after WWII.

We played a "meanwhile back in Wroat" adventure today with some new rolled up characters. It was fun.
We had: "Dumbulba" the Dwarven Battlemind (Mike) origin: unknown - House Kundarak "Frogar Frostfist" the Dwarven Runepriest (Micah) origin: Frostfell "Keyleth" the Half-Elven Warlock (Robert) origin: unknown - House Sivis and "Korolt ir'Gawain" the Human Psion (me) origin: Fairhaven, Aundair
It was a lot of fun to check out the new classes. I went with the telekinetic psion. Almost every power is a forced movement power. I took one fire power, which really came in handy when facing animated scarecrows and a rot scarab swarm! And today's multiple crits really helped out, as well!
Who knows, the events from today's adventure might make the Brelish national news.

It's Foegar Frostfist, young human.
A note for all the future Runepriests, a two-sided token would be useful for remembering which rune state you're in. There are lots of buffing powers and with my Mark of Warding it was ridiculous.
I noticed that the Minotaur has an ability choice much like the Changling (Cha., Int. or Dex.). Similarly, the Githzerai have a choice also. I could have gone Str./Wis. and remained a the Minotaur since Wisdom was the ability I really wanted to buff but the dwarf worked out very well and was glad I went with it instead.

sorry I missed out on the fun.
How did you guys like the psions?
I still really want to try out a marauder ranger, I have a bunch of RP for him. Also want to try out ardent, they seem fun.

Yeah, I don't have MP2, but when CB updated last Tuesday, the Marauder Ranger has been at the forefront of the builds I've been formulating. Throw and Stab plus Marauder's Rush just scream out to be used together. Throw in an Elf and you have the beginnings of a build with a crazy amount of movement.

Looking further down the road (6 weeks), I don't think I will be able to make it May 9th, it's Mother's Day. My wife is pretty cool with letting things like that slide, so there is a miniscule chance this could change.

So, I'm not sure if i should post this here, as I'm not sure if I'm actually a permanent member of this campaign. Not that I'd mind. It was fun seeing the party dynamics/RP from this group. Most notably Watcher killing a goblin when everyone else was trying to subdue...and Brinjin almost getting himself killed in the final fight.
Anyway, just to be safe, I'm not gonna be here on the 11th as my job is taking me to Seattle. If that's the next time you guys meet. So just a heads up.

Hey David. Thanks for letting me join your game and smash a few heads but I'm positive that I'll have to graciously bow out. Gas money isn't easy to come by nowadays and my parents want me to choose either Saturday or Sunday to go to the guild and as you know I DM Saturdays. Also, I plan on graduating this June, barring one summer quarter of Spanish, so I'd like to tone down my DnD a bit.
Thanks again. If there are still games running this summer or fall at the guild I'd love to pick up again when I'm done with school and have a job myself.

Gabe-You're welcome to join. Feel free to modify your character if you want, e.g. to take advantage of Eberron specific feats or items. I know we didn't give you a lot of time to roll it up.
J.P.- It was good to have you. If we're still running in the summer, perhaps Bren can make another appearance. You'll always be welcome.
