Hey y'all -
I'm gonna miss the game on Sunday the 20th. I'll be visiting family that day (mom's bday party, then xmas later in the week). I haven't made firm plans yet, so I don't know if I'll be back the following Sunday for my game. I'll try to make it, but I'll keep you posted on my board and the schedule board.

without a healer... i let the three other players in my game decide if they want to play it...
so, David, JP, Micah? Without heals, one to all of you WILL die. Any takers for the game?

Any takers for the game? i'm game. i still have all my DR and THP dailies/items/powers still so i think Harbek still has some metaphorical (and literal) umph left in him.

Woah, woah, woah! What about Robert, Antoni, and Mike? Are you basing this on previous session performance? Mike and Antoni are defenders also. I don't know about this, I'm still working on a good amount of backstory for my character. I'd hate to see her die without the opportunity to play out my ideas (more is forthcoming). If I had been playing Durnalla for a few months I'd be less apprehensive since it would be more obvious if the character was significant or not. But with such little actual play time with this character I feel I've barely scratched the surface of her potential. On the other hand, "I need my fix". I'm game.

Don't forget Micah that very soon Phil's Sunday game will be at an end and the session will be returning to David's Eberron campaign. SO, Durnalla will be short-lived regardless. Sad right? All of us will mourn for Harbek.

Micah - i meant the three other players that peruse the boards.
Also, i'm serious about the need for a healer. There are at LEAST two more encounters already planned out. And they're not nice. Regardless of you having 3 defenders, it's just like Kyle put it in the last game:
"Yeah! One of them went down! That means the rest will go down faster!"

More information:
I had a look at the calendar and I think the schedule for this game is 20 December and then 3 January. I'll be gone that day also (flying to D.C. for a conference). This will likely influence your decision on if you want to play or not. Here's one option: I can email my char to Phil and someone else can play Hazael through the battles.

Up to him. I'm not going to force him to do whatever. but like i said, shit gonna be hard without healers (which is why you guys should be carrying healing potions!)

This Sunday I will most likely need to leave early, around 5:30-ish. I should know definitively by this evening.

I was considering playing Hazael and RPing Durnalla as guarding the exit, but with Mikhail absent there is only myself and Antoni's paladin. The damage of Brook is great, but without any healing and two defenders, a combination that has been working thus far, I think we'd go down fast.
David, what do you think about playing Kyle's shaman?
My next question is how well does Antoni think his paladin can perform as the only defender?

If specced for pure defense, paladin's can be pretty sticky. But not at this low of a level. I will have to tone down the encounters for 5 players (if everyone shows up) but it will still be tough. Who knows. Perhaps you guys will find some healing potions within the piles of flesh if you guys look.
