Ok, I'll do the math to see if it would be an effective attack (slam attacks are complicated) and then I'll try tweaking with my build to see if I can afford to shift points around.
Here's the math for the "fastball special":

I could feasibly reduce my Elongation and Wall-Crawling by one rank each to get Slow Fall (so I don't splat and die upon contact with the ground) and Immovable as an AP of my Enhanced Dex (the suit would solidify into something stronger than steel). It looks like we'd rarely get damage over 10 ranks unless you threw Pathogen a mile or more. When it gets really effective is when the person doing the throwing has a few ranks of Teamwork, which allows for greater bonuses from assisting - which can then be traded off for damage by Power Attacking. Pathogen doesn't have Power Attack yet, so I'm not sure it's worth the points necessary for the investment to make it an effective means of attacking.
Unless you can spare 1-3 points for Teamwork, I think it would be better to keep my build the way it is. If we ever needed to take down a fighter plane or something, you could use a Hero Point or Extra Effort to temporarily get Teamwork. Likewise, I could do the same to power stunt Immovable/Unstoppable off of my Enhanced Dex and then I could do so again for Slow Fall on my way down.
