What's the RP reason for not having the heavy primal classes like Druid and Shaman?
Also, you should consider dichotomizing the Paladin like you've done with Avenger and Assassin. So Paladin and Cavalier are limited to Light races while Blackguard is limited to Dark races.
Concerning Themes, what are the limitations on choosing Themes with Divine, Arcane or Shadow power sources?
Can we also get a ruling on the "Blindfighting Warrior" Feat, how much does it circumvent the penalties in your new lighting system?
Blindfighting Warrior Benefit: Your melee attacks take no penalties due to partial concealment or total concealment.

I'm most probably going to roll a Berserker. We seem to be Striker heavy and could use a Defender. My class doesn't really change my RP, I actually have my hero built for each role with the same RP flavor.

Stephen, if the theme has a power with the Psionic keyword, then the Psionic class limitation applies.
Examples that I've discussed with David regarding my original elf character: - Elemental Initiate has the Disciplined Counter power that has the Psionic keyword. Because Twilight races, in general, cannot have Psionic classes, this theme is out. - Sohei has the Sohei Flurry power that has the Divine keyword. Because Twilight races cannot have Divine classes, this theme is out.

What's the RP reason for not having the heavy primal classes like Druid and Shaman? This world has a dearth of fully manifested primal spirits. The reason for this is not common knowledge. Also, you should consider dichotomizing the Paladin like you've done with Avenger and Assassin. So Paladin and Cavalier are limited to Light races while Blackguard is limited to Dark races. I considered this, but I don't want to equate light with good and dark with evil. The Blackguards class is specifically associated with vice. I want to allow for altruistic Paladins of the Dark lands and Blackguards of the Light. Concerning Themes, what are the limitations on choosing Themes with Divine, Arcane or Shadow power sources? See Micah's response. Can we also get a ruling on the "Blindfighting Warrior" Feat, how much does it circumvent the penalties in your new lighting system? Blindfighting Warrior Benefit: Your melee attacks take no penalties due to partial concealment or total concealment.Make it "no lighting penalties if the penalty would normally be -2 or less, and no penalties from artificial forms of concealment, such as invisibility." I think this is a good alternative, but as usual I'm open to suggestions. There is a fine line between useless and required for everyone.

Ok, but then how does Arcane themes work since it's Sorcerer only but all races can be one?
As I recall before from our conversations, Arcane rituals are nonexistent since they reflect a training in the arts of Arcana. Are there no restrictions on Arcane themes if we are going by the racial restrictions?
For the Blindfighting feat, what if it was "reduces the penalty by 2, and no penalties from artificial forms of concealment". Otherwise, Humans and Dwarves get way more use out of this feat than the other races.
And how do feats work that grant Low light vision or Dark vision... do those have any application in our World setting?

Use your best judgement regarding arcane themes. If you can justify it to me, I'll allow it. Obviously, things like apprentice are right out, since there's no one to apprentice to. Likewise with moteborn, since there're no motes. Give me a reasonable recasting of even these themes, though, and I'll likely allow it.
For blindfighting: sounds good. Reduce penalties by up to 2. No bonuses if there's no penalty.
For simplicity, for now, I'm disallowing feats that grant different vision types.
