I don't expect you guys to read this by tomorrow, but thought I would share with you the current overview of the world as explained by Orontor (if you guys asked).
Pangaea
The Sons of Thael Kun
Current Leader: King Corin Arath
The Sons of Thael Kun find their home in Pentel, City of Dreams, Human Capitol. They seem to hold the peace across Pangaea and hold delegations with the other Factions that exist on Pangaea. They also hold delegations with the factions and leaders on Creation and Xoth. Corin Arath seems to always hold his people in the highest regards and has gone to extreme lengths to keep their power. They fear betrayal as Thael Kun once fell to the betrayal of the other nations. No one knows exactly what drive Lord Arath to such extremes though most attempt to tip toe around him in order to not sway his attention or ire. Corin Arath is one of the few who have not supported the Mages of Sarun

The Knights of Fey
Current Leader: Queen Auria Len
The Knights of Fey are a covenant whom preserve the balance of nature and magic within the lands of Pangaea. Every 7 years, the leader of the Knights of Fey changes to one of the allied fey races. Queen Auria Len, Eladrin, has been in power for 3 years and it seems that she has taken great lengths to shroud the Knights of Fey in secrecy. The Knights of Fey hold the city of Ellesmera and are a normally peaceful faction. However they do not tolerate the crimes of other races committed within their territory. Queen Auria Len is currently in talks with the Oracle and it is established that they will send a contingent of knights, or Knightmares, to aid the Mages of Sarun.

The BattleHeart
Current Leader: Intred Sunscale
The BattleHeart is a proud group. Their capitol, Durok, sits within the mountains to the north east. They are an open faction, having fought most of their natural lives to fair out the lands and conquer the beasts within them. Dwarves, Goliath, Dragonborn and Shifters in the region are the main races which take heed to this faction. Many of the industrial progress that has come out over the past 50 years come from the BattleHeart. Their techniques for mixing both natural magics and steel make them an invaluable ally for all. Intred concerns himself mostly with the affairs within his keep and does not fear the rumors of the rising demons. Since enemies have not been reported that close to his home, he is slow to mobilize, relying on the strength of his own home. However, the BattleHeart grow restless, and factions from within are starting to sway Intred. If the other nations fall, then his will too.

The Mages of Sarun
Current Leader: Orontor
Though not a large enough faction to have earned or claimed a capitol city, they work from within the City of Fallcrest and from their station in Thunderspire Mountain. Throughout their studies of Thunderspire Labyrinth they were given cryptic clues warning of evils ahead of them, and by reading the signs found the prediction is coming true. Orontor quickly spread his influences to the other nations and start mobilizing his wardens and acolytes to face this rising threat.

The Justicar
Current Leader: ?
An underground band of associates who deal with most of the underworld areas in Pentel. They claim to work for justice however seem to have a twisted view of their justice. They attack and kill those they deem unjust. Brutal murders and violent crimes are just a past time for this faction and though the Pentel Military try to find them, not much can be done about this sick justice.
The Fey Shadow
Current Leader: ?
The supposed assassination faction under the direct command of the Knights of Fey, not much is known about this faction. They seem to be able to work in sleeper splinter cells and are very very effective in their work. There are only two instances in recorded history in which their mark has been found, and many skeptics refuse believe this any proof of their existence.
The Moonscale Clan
Current Leader: Flametongue Moonscale
A supposed suicidal and xenophobic group of Dragonborn who originally came from Creation, this faction lurks within the walls of Durok, slowly amassing a group of dragonborn. They are formally pleasant and even work with other races on the surface levels, however it seems that they are trying to convince Intred of closing off the doors of the mountain keep Durok and let those on the outside world starve and die.
