Sharo – “Sun walker” (elven name)
I was born to the outcast elfin princess Zyonna, also known as the Ivory keeper, if you have heard of her tale.
She was slain by my forsaken homeland when my father’s identity was revealed. She knew this day would come but had told me it must be this way and to hide if I ever heard her sob.
That day came when I was fairly young but it was noticeable that I was different from others I gazed upon from my mother’s window, I was a bit shorter and my ears oddly shaped. Her sobbing was subtle yet in my heart it caused me pain knowing what was to come. Her power of foresight amazed me that day as she knew every detail of that night to come beforehand.
She knew I would be in disbelief and spent the entire day telling me tales of my father Baeldre, who was known for his charm. But alas as she headed down to the kitchen her own guards detained her and presented her with the orders, and her death came swiftly.
I regret not being strong enough to protect her but all that is in the past.
The night she prepared for her death, she cast a ritual which I thought was normal practice but she did so with all intentions of protecting me, knowing if I was found I would be slain alongside her.
As I left her room that night searching for her since she had been gone far too long… I was teleported into the, what I would now call woodlands yet I have never seen such a lush undergrowth in the past decade.
Along my side laid desert clothing a bag of odds and ends and a note detailing what has gone on and why I was sent to this place. Shortly after reading the note a conglomeration of elements appeared before me and guided me assuring me that the tales of Baeldre I have been told from my mother are all true yet he goes by the name Dre and has not been called Baeldre Since long ago.
So thus my tale has started, I roam the desert trading and searching for the man named Dre who was my father and aid those whom have fallen in times of need in remembrance of my fallen mother.
One day I shall learn the total truth behind my birth, and why I have fallen to near death, surviving only to see the spirits that once walked the land and hope the skills I have attained thus far in my life shall guide me well.
