So I have a little gold and a gem written down that we recovered during our first day adventuring together, which was great fun, by the way.
I can continue to keep track of a "party treasury" if you wish. We should decide in character if we want to split the loot amongst ourselves on completion of the job or keep a pool of funds.

Hmm i think i might've solved some healing issues. I'll introduce these RARE items in the next session. Though I'll post them on the website later today.

Hmm. You pose an interesting idea. I will have to think more about it.
My first impression is: Hey, that's a cool idea. I like it. It's kinda fun with the random element in it. It's your game and if you want to put this custom item in the world, that's great.
As far as flavor goes, you have named the gem after a god. So I am wondering - are there gems for other deities? You have written up two so far. There are a lot of really cool story ideas you might consider. Maybe the gems are tools of a "coalition" of gods who wish to influence mortals (toward what end?).
As far as mechanics go - I am always a little wary of items that change roles (not rolls). Though these may already exist in one form or another in the game, you have explicitly written the power of the gem as a class power. --This concern may prove to be inconsequential or irrelevant, but it's what I thought at first glance. If you're going to adopt these, I recommend having at least one type for every role archetype for balance sake.
Anyways, those are first thoughts. I may have more thoughts later. Cool idea though! We can definitely work with it.
--- Edit Just thought:
An alternative gem idea is to have the power (encounter): free action modify second wind to add +1d6 per inherent bonus.
I don't think that steps on the role of the "healer" in the party, because everyone has second wind ability already. You can still make this a rare item, or maybe uncommon.

Yeah. I was wondering. I am still questioning how powerful the healing gem is. I may tool it so it's an encounter power heal, instead of twice per encounter.
I figure that it would allow someone to adopt a very minor secondary role, while sacrificing an armor, or weapon slot, etc.
I am going to make 2-3 more. The naming convention are just deities closest to the power source of the gem, though they could have some significance in the story (you've already met a seer of the raven queen).

It might be worthwhile to note who has what gems as well! (they may come in handy in the future...)
