Mostly we have not had too much of a problem with this. I just wanted to preemptively put this up just in case.
If you are going to miss a game, and you know ahead of time. Please post on the forums. I am very forgetful, and while verbal communication is appreciated, if you tell me something at the game table, I will likely forget it by the time our next session is held. Shit, I even forget which magic items I give you guys in game.
If you are thinking of dropping from the game completely, please either post on the forums, send me a PM or talk to me in person. This is important information for me to know, as it will have a direct effect on the game plot development and open seats at the table for new people to join in.

hey guys sorry bout not showing up for the past 2 sessions
work has really been hard to schedule around gaming and unfortunately it has been cutting in =/
i really wanna game with you guys but my sundays are very jumbled and whatnot so i cant really commit myself to only one persons game and i really dont know if youd be willing to just let me walk in on either game without being a constant role..which means that kyle i cant say i can always make it to your game and joseph i cant say id make it on a constant basis to yours
if you would be willing to help me out here with my problem id really appreciate it cuz i really enjoy gaming with you guys and everyone there at agr is really cool and i miss playin D&D
any options or opinions or whatever would be greatly appreciated

Hey Robert,
Thanks for letting me know. You are welcome to join in the game if you have time to come out to the guild. I just like to know how many regular players I'm going to have so that I can more wisely plan out an interesting and fair game (plot, encounters - everything). When you do have time, just post up on the forums so that I know if you are coming.

Yeah if the DM knows you are only going to be showing up X amount of sessions he can help write that into the story instead of constantly just "poofing" you out of the action.
Actually I get in on the 4th, but what with jet lag and all I don't want to promise anyone shit on sunday.

Sorry for the late late late late notice. We've just received word that my grandma in the Phillipines has passed away. I will be flying out there with my Mom...well today, Saturday, September 25th, and ill be returning next Sunday, October 3rd, at about 8:00 PM, meaning I will miss the Eberron, Dark Sun, and Danu games.
I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
