The Magic Drow Long Knife is actually a Dislocating Weapon from PHB3.
Basically... At-will, +23 atk - 1d8 + 3 dmg... granted charge =+24 atk - 1d6 (weapon) + 2d6 (helm) + 2d8 (quarry) + 18 ... + free shift.
total = 3d6 + 3d8 + 21 dmg, avg 45 points per at-will.
not to mention an 8 speed from charging
All defensive utilities/encounters to back out of combat, or do damage to aggressors to make them think twice.
