ahh you're right. At 16th level.. do I get to use it twice, since all other heal classes go up by 1? or am I locked at 1 infusion forever?

All hybrid leaders are limited to one use of their healing power per encounter. In the case of the Artificer, they can create only one healing infusion at the end of each extended rest (PHB3, p.139).

Yes they start the day with 1, however, if the clause wasn't that I could only restore an expended infusion, then I'd be able to use it twice since the power specifically says I can use 2, 3 in the future. Well, regardless. Lvl 3 with a 21/22 AC means they may not want to attack me. With a lot of my powers/abilities being interrupts or damage reducing, I think I've got a fun character build. Cool. I look forward to seeing a background idea for Reliance, and for Joseph's Endal character.
David - I like your background ideas. It looks like Phil has jumped on the tiefling swordmage, but I'm not opposed to having two in the party if you want to play that. I like the background for Mari, and I think it could work with any class choice. Yuriel sounds cool, too. Let me know when you decide.
That leaves you, Gabe. I'll note that a controller hasn't really been vouched for, yet.

It's not really a striker l controller, but more of a single target controller l multi target controller. Also, I really like being able to make a fey character with a fey pact.

Your start block confused the hell out of me, lol. I understand what you did now, you readjusted the blocks so you took a -2 in dex to out because your racial covered that and added the 2 into cha since your racial didn't cover that.
If you use the 17/16 block instead, you could possibly get a 20 stat by 4th level (primary stat after racials would be 19/18 or 19/16 if you're unlucky like me ;[ )

Yeah, I had to take a second look, also. If you guys have some artwork, or find some online, that you think looks like your character, either send it or a link to me, and I can upload it to the google site. I posted two backgrounds online, so far. I'll probably get one up there for Dak later today.

I've been sick recently so I haven't been doing much, but I will try to have something in the next couple days now that I am better.
I will be missing the first game, because one of my close friends is having a birthday party at Gorman that weekend so I won't be able to make it.
Definitely be able to make the next one though.

Checking magic item rarity: Yuriel's equipment includes Meliorating Plate Armor +1, Adventurer's Kit, Potion of Healing (heroic tier) (2), Shield of Deflection Heavy Shield (heroic tier), Vanguard Longsword +1, Magic Holy Symbol +1
Shield of deflection gained a heroic tier version in the essentials update. It is level 2 and gives resist 2 all against ranged attacks.
Also, what is the policy on background benefits?

Also.. how'd you get the money for all that? I spy 4 magic items + advkit? Is one of them level 1?

Magic Holy symbol is level 1. I'm not using a feat for AIP at this point because I want Firepulse Master. Also, I'm probably going to go the sorcerous blade channeling route anyway, so in a few levels I'll switch to a dagger.
