I would like everyone to pick a physical location on the Freedom City map for your living quarters, properties you may own, etc. Hopefully everyone has a house, so please give me a general location like District and corner streets. If you happen to own anything else, like a mom and pop restaurant, a comic book stand, a secret base, etc. Give those a location too. Remember, send them to me in a private message.
For example: Lincoln on the corner of 32nd St and J St.
Also, I want to regulate the spending of PP so we don't grow wildly out of control... but I haven't decided how yet. So as of now, just pass all PP spending by me before you do it.
For now, the hard limitation I'm setting for PP spending is the spontaneous development of powers that is /outside/ the nature of your current abilities.
For example: If you are a fire energy manipulator. I don't want the powers of an electric nature to develop. You may be able to argue cold powers (i.e. your control over fire has allowed you to drain the heat out of other objects, causing them to freeze).
Most commonly, you can freely spend PP on alternate powers for existing powers if they are within the same category. With the fire example again, if your base power was a Fire blast, you could Alternate Power Environment Control: Heat, or the Create power (for creating objects of fire), or Deflect (a shield of fire). They don't have to be Alternate Powers if you manage to save up. Just as long as you can reasonably explain the connection of your new power with your existing powers, I'll be OK with it.
