Many of you may know him as CEO for Starbase coffee. In fact, if you are listening to this broadcast, you may very well be sipping on a cup of his famous Java Joe. But did you know that Daniel Cruiz heavy contribues to the HSMM. That's right ladies and gentlemen, my sources have revealed that he funds the Homo Superior Measurement Movement. The very one and the same lobbying group that wants to quote-unquote regulate us Homo-Superiors. They believe that we should all be measured and quantified for fear we may be walking, talking weapons of destruction... blah... blah... blah.

Her name may ring a bell... she's the hard as nails Judge of the courtroom show 'Justine Justice'. As you all may know from even just watching a single episode, this lady is a no nonsense kind of gal. But, my loyal viewers, you may not be aware of her bias towards us Homo Superiors. That's right ladies and gentlemen, she throws the book and she throws it hard at us. You may have recently heard on the news that 17yr old Cary Burks was tried as an adult for vandalism and was sentenced to 6 months in prison, the maximum allowed sentence. Now, you may say this juvenile delinquent deserves his punishment... but wait until you hear what he vandalized. He managed to tag the garage door of a local repair shop. With the sentence Justine gave the poor boy, you would think he tagged the Sistine Chapel!

"Lamar Cooke here, your host for 'Thorn in the Side', bringing you what you need to know and what you need to know is about a certain individual that goes by the name of Ivan Miller. If there is a single political bone in your body, his name should sound familiar. He is the president of the HSMM - the Homo Superior Measurement Movement, and his latest endeavor has me in an uproar. His non-profit organization is attempting to push a bill, called the Homo Superior Measurement Bill, that would require all Homo Superiors to be quote-unquote measured to ensure the safety of the general public. Many members of the HSMM believe we Homo Superior are nothing but walking, talking weapons of destruction. They believe a threat level should be applied to each Superior so the public can get a sense of just exactly what they are dealing with.
"This all sounds good on paper. You know, I wouldn't want somebody to freely carry a weapon that could cause mass destruction - I don't intend to compare Homo Superiors to weapons, but this is how the HSMM see it. But there is a question just begging to be asked, and I'll be darned if I'm not the one to ask it. I ask you... what happens to the Homo Superiors the are quote-unquote measured too dangerous for the general public? You can't just turn these God-given abilities off. Will said individual get whisked away? Locked up forever? Exiled from America? These are the questions I want answered.
"People of Freedom City, I beg of you, fight the HSMM. We Homo Superiors have done nothing wrong. We should not be punished simply for being who we are. We have come too far as a nation to backslide into the ways we used to think.

"Lamar Cooke here, your host for 'Thorn in the Side', bringing you what you need to know and as you all should very well know, the Mayoral elections are coming up. In one corner we have Michael O’Conner, the Ivy League graduate and the person that has donated so much of his personal wealth to see this great city prosper. In the other corner we have Franklin Moore, ace defense attorney with an impeccable record.
I did some digging around ladies and gentlemen, and guess who is one of Franklin Moore’s major contributors to his campaign... Ivan Miller. Hmmm, an interesting connection, no? Why would Ivan Miller be funding Moore’s campaign? Is it because he believes Moore will lead this city in a better direction than O’Conner? Oh no, no... I don’t believe this is the case. My gut feeling is telling me that Moore has a secret agenda if he attains the Mayoral Office, an agenda to regulate us Homo-Superiors - and Ivan Miller knows this. This, my loyal followers, is why I believe Miller is funding Moore’s campaign.
“I’d keep my eye on Moore if were you. Enough of this "We want more of Moore" crap, I say "No Moore". Citizens of Freedom City, ou can definitely count my vote for Michael O'Conner.
