Micah - I can see your name under my players list in the Roll20 game, but when I tried to assign a character to you, your name was unavailable. I don't know what the problem is, but we need to figure that out sometime early this week so you can load in your character to the Roll20 system. Got it, I'll look into it tomorrow. Edit: I just clicked "Join", did that change anything?

What do you mean gloss over? Would be be starting a different adventure? Yeah, we would start a new one. Some options as I see them: 1. Finish in-game on Sunday and somehow work in Micah and David 2. Finish in-game sometime before the others join in on Sunday 2. Finish by role playing posts on the forum 3. I write up an ending and post it on the forum Whichever you prefer. I just want to know what and how much to prepare this week. Micah - Yes, that worked. I was able to see your name in-game, and I assigned a character sheet to you. When you have time this week go ahead and fill it out.

Either way is fine.
I think i'll roll up a wizard for fun, but if we're continuing the adventure i'll stick with Crim. If not, then Crim (after saving the village, if that's what happens during the gloss over) finds that violence seems to follow her and deems her peaceful vacation over. She moves on.
To note: I have to leave at about 4:10~ this sunday.

Now Basic comes out on Thursday, but we're sticking with the old playtest, correct?
Are we using array/point-buy or rolling?

OK, Phil and Stephen you may either keep your current characters or make new ones. That is up to you.
For everyone - Level up to level 6.
if class_choice in [wizard, fighter, rogue, cleric]: character = create_basic(class_choice, level6) else: character = create_playtest(class_choice, level6)
Anyone who guesses what I've been studying recently gets a +1 weapon or armor of choice.

That'd be my answer, good game Phil.

Python is correct! Phil and Micah both get a +1 weapon or armor of choice. Actually, it appears the proper indentation did not come out in the html post.

Kyle - did you want to RP or explain anything with what happened during the last encounter or 2 for last week's arc or is it kind of just like a soft reset?

There aren't 4e-style implements in the game as far as I know. Most of the spells don't actually require an attack roll. I guess you could increase the save DC, but . . . Just take a piece of armor instead Also, I'll make another post regarding role-playing the arc from last week.
