I just wanted to thank everyone for playing in this current starter campaign. I may end up using more campaigns from WOTC to fit into the world right now but wanted to give everyone a heads up of my current plans.
The current arch seems like it will last 3-4 more sessions at the current rate.
After the current arch ends, there will be a 1 year time jump in which your characters can be re-tooled, or new characters can come on board.
For players eager to start thinking of new characters or back stories to fit in:
-- It has been 1 year since the events of Phandalin has happened. Phandalin's community has decided to sponsor the heroes and help them start a guild. Many different guilds have already atested to the small group's prowess and give them thanks for their efforts in the region. <insert guild name> has helped start to rebuild Phandalin and reclaim the lands for the community. However, there is always more adventure to be had, and a call from Boken about a contract that could lead the group to more renown and wealth has been heard... The guild has decided to send out 5 of their champions to answer the call.
-- Players don't have to continue to play the same PC during the time jump. They may send off their current PC to end their story in the game or have them become NPC members of the guild.
